Today was the first day I discovered your website. Whenever we have a family dinner, or a pitch-in, I always bring the deviled eggs.
I did not need a recipe, but I was looking for a better way to cook and peel eggs. (especially peel) I followed your cooking, cooling, and peeling steps and the whole process was so much better and easier. I cooked 18 eggs for a Mother's Day get-together. It only took me 8 minutes to peel 18 eggs!!! I only had one really stubborn one and 1 kinda stubborn (those were my "test" eggs) I just wanted you to know how much easier you made my day.
